Homework November 26-30
I pray that you all had a great Thanksgiving Holiday.
We have so much to be thankful for.
Sixth Grade Science
Monday and Tuesday we will have computers and lab, pp. 512-513. Vocab. due Fri.
For Wed. read pp. 164-171 & complete wkbk. chpt. 7 section 1.
For Thurs. read pp. 172-174 & complete wkbk. sect. 2.
For Fri. read pp. 175-180, complete wkbk. sect. 3, and have vocab. cards for the chapter completed.
We will be outlining the chapter in class together.
Eighth Grade Language Arts
Vocabulary pp. 68-69 due Wed.
pp. 70-72 due Fri.
Reading
We will begin To Kill a Mockingbird on Monday. Some reading may be assigned outside of class. You will be assigned a group project with this book and there will be periodic quizzes in class.
Your next book test, a medal winner, will be this Thurs. 9/29.
English
For Wed. pp. 236-238, diagram 16-34 evens.
Writing
The final draft of the Life Essay is due Wed. the 28th.
50 note cards due Dec. 3rd. If you are having trouble bring your research to class.
Please be patient as we enter the season of Advent. This is the time we prepare for the coming of Christ.I am scheduling light homework because we will be working on the Christmas program. You should also begin to examine your conscience, as we will have a penance service next week. Be prepared to list any sins you may wish to share with the priests.
