Seventh Grade Language Arts
Writing
We will begin a new essay this week. Instructions and a timeline will be handed out in class.
Reading
The first book test will be given on October 15th. You will have one class period to write three short essays on the book you choose to read. I will hand out a copy of the test this week. Please try to choose a book during our library period. You must sign-up for a book.
We will be reading The Outsiders in class.

We will also be discussing the American Constitution and the Federalist Papers during reading time as we prepare to write another essay for Constitution week.
